Tim Thomas is a seasoned leader in the home care industry with over a decade of experience. He began his journey in 2014 as a franchise owner of Home Care Assistance, where he built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-centered care. Following TheKey’s acquisition of Home Care Assistance in 2021, Tim transitioned into a leadership role, bringing his expertise in business development and operational excellence to a national scale. As Regional Director for TheKey Canada, Tim oversees operations in Nova Scotia, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia, ensuring that clients receive premium in-home care tailored to their needs. He also serves as Head of the Midwest Division for TheKey USA. His leadership focuses on expanding access to care, optimizing efficiency, and fostering strong caregiver engagement.
