Teresa Arbuckle

Teresa Arbuckle serves as Regional Managing Director and Vice President for the UK & Ireland at Beko Europe, the newly established home appliance company founded after the 2024 European merger agreement between Beko and Whirlpool Corporation.

With over 25 years of diverse experience in general management and international marketing, Teresa has held key leadership positions across various industries.

Teresa's journey with Beko PLC began in 2011 when she was appointed Marketing Director for the UK & Ireland, contributing to growth of many of the brands, including Beko, Blomberg, Leisure, and now Hotpoint and Indesit brands. She assumed the role of Managing Director for the UK & Ireland in 2015, where she has successfully led the company's growth, doubling the size of the business and achieving #1 Beko brand and #1 Group positions in her tenure.

Teresa has also chaired AMDEA the white goods trade association since 2018.

Before joining Beko, Teresa held significant roles in well-known companies such as Premier Foods, LeapFrog Toys, H.J. Heinz, Danone, and Kimberly-Clark.

Teresa holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Outside of work, Teresa enjoys travel, jogging, traveling, visiting museums, and mentoring and coaching young leaders. She speaks Spanish and French fluently and her diverse interests reflect her passion for continuous learning and personal development.
