Roz has many years’ experience as a broadcaster and media trainer at national and global levels. As a former BBC and ITV news broadcaster and co-founded TV News London Limited when she identified the need for business and professional executives to know more about the media. She is an expert on media performance and media interviews and how to handle them professionally and her book ‘The Visual Revolution Guidebook’ was published in autumn 2024.
She was an accredited trainer for the Independent Television Association, and she has trained thousands of spokespeople for a wide range of companies, public bodies, universities, charities, trade organisations and professional bodies to handle their media interviews and presentations professionally.
Roz has been a news reporter, newsreader, and programme presenter for BBC TV, ITN, Thames TV, and Tyne Tees TV, where she made award winning documentaries and was the first woman to be the regular presenter of the weekly political and business programme. She also worked as a correspondent for BBC Scotland, based in Edinburgh, and for RTE (Irish national radio and TV) as a London Correspondent.
She has been a staff reporter and feature writer for The Observer and The Guardian newspapers, as well as a columnist for The Northern Echo and has written features for The Evening Standard, The Daily Telegraph, and The Guardian.
She recently published her book, The Visual Revolution Guidebook, packed with her expert advice on how to build the skills needed for success in the new fast-paced visual economy we are all now living in.
She has been interviewed on BBC Radio and TV, ITV This Morning, Channel Five, Channel 4, Talk TV, Paramount+ and AppleTV +.
