He frequently advises technology and media start-up and scale-up Founders, entrepreneurs and investors, SME clients, Venture Capital and Private Equity funds.
Heros started his career as a trainee in a firm specialising in cross-border asset finance, banking and corporate finance transactional matters, qualifying into its real estate finance and banking practise group in London. He then joined Norton Rose Fulbright’s corporate finance team, working in its Middle East and South East Asia practise groups.
Heros’s unique range of in-house experience provides him with an understanding of client needs regardless of sector and geography. Most recently, Heros was General Counsel in a mobility fintech scale-up leading a team operating across six territories. He has senior in-house experience working in a leading international F&B and retail franchise group, and for the Abu Dhabi government as managing counsel responsible for Louvre Abu Dhabi museum (including during its 2017 launch) and secretary to the Executive Committee of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi.
Heros has undertaken client secondments to Ooredoo during its launch of Myanmar’s first 3G telecom network and BP-Castrol servings its retail (FMCG) and industrial lubricants businesses in South East Asia.
Heros is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and an advocate in the Isle of Man. Heros can speak Armenian.
