It is with great sadness that we have learned of the sudden passing of Bill Smith, Immediate Past President of the Chamber, and Head of International, BMO Capital Markets following a short illness.
Bill was a longstanding member of the Chamber, serving as President (2021 - 2024), and Vice President and Chair of our Audit Committee for many years.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Bill’s wife, Clara and his sons, Christian and Matthew and all their extended family at this difficult time.
We will share memorial arrangements as soon as we have them.
